We are literally just a couple of days away from the official unveiling of the new Samsung smartphones/tablets, the Galaxy Note 5 and the Galaxy S6 edge Plus. But apparently, some online retailers may have pressed the “post” button too soon. An online store in Romania, and worse, Samsung France itself, seem to have accidentally and prematurely posted their pre-order pages, therefore confirming some of the rumored specs and features of the new devices that have been bandied about, including price and release date.

Samsung France may have accidentally posted the pre-order page for the devices and inadvertently revealed when they will be available for purchase. The Galaxy S6 edge Plus will be arriving at retail shops on September 4, and if you pre-order it between August 21-September 3, you’ll get a Samsung Level On headphones as well as a 3 month subscription on Google Play Music. The Galaxy Note 5 was nowhere on the page and we assume because it will be arriving later on. The page has been since taken down though, and the person who posted probably reprimanded (hopefully, not fired).

Meanwhile, an online retailer in Romania has already added the Galaxy S6 edge Plus to their ordering database, and the specs were also included. It says that the new device will have a 5.67-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD display but with curved edges. It will also run on an octa-core Exynos 7420 chipset and it is finally “confirmed” that it will have a 4GB RAM. The 16MP main cam, 5MP front-facing cam, and the 3000mAh battery also have been rumored and now looks official.

As for the pricing of the Galaxy S6 edge Plus at least (no news yet for the Note 5), we didn’t expect it to be affordable, and so we shouldn’t be surprised. The 32GB variant will reportedly retail for around $1012 while the 64GB one should be around $100 more expensive at $1112.
