Finding a game that is cute, interesting, safe, easy to play, and most of all, free, for your toddler is not that easy if you really think about it. That is why parents should be grateful that Google started offering up a free app every week from Google Play Family, which means you get a brand new game every week that should fit the criteria stated above. This week, go on a doggie space exploration with Sago Mini Space Explorer.

Your young one (and maybe you too) will enjoy taking Harvey the dog out for a walk…in space! They can move Harvey around the screen just by touching the screen, and when they see a yellow marker, it means there’s a fun animation waiting for them (and there are more than 30 available in this game).

Since this is an open-ended game, you can actually make up stories to go with the action and animations that Harvey encounters, even as the kid remains in charge and in control of what happens within the story. The game is recommended for toddlers, although older kids may also have a bit of fun flying and dancing with Harvey and his friends.

Like the other free apps, you’ll be able to get Sago Mini Space Explorer for free if you visit the source below, and not when you go to the actual page on the Google Play Store. The game is usually $2.99 but you will have it for free until July 23.
