LEGO Minifigures Online goes out of beta with paid version

LEGO is one of those brands that transcend age. In fact, if you base it on social media posts, you might think adults play with them more than the original target audience of the company. And now that the LEGO empire continues to expand, the Minifigures Online game has gone out of beta and into an actual game. The bad news is that it isn’t free anymore, but if you’re a true blue fan, you wouldn’t mind spending a little money for it, would you?

The game is the first in their mobile game franchise to launch cross-platform, all at the same time. It is primarily meant for kids, but for sure, adults would enjoy it as much, maybe even more. Just remember that the primary audience are the young ones, so don’t expect such complicated gameplay or be careful about your swear words when chatting live with the people you’re playing with. This hack and slash type of adventure game is still kid-friendly enough to not be so violent, but fun and interesting enough for adults to play it.

You can become the Rock Star whose guitar riffs are also weapon. You can be the Spooky Girl who can turn into a lego spider. There are hundreds of Minifigs for you to collect and play, and each of them have different abilities and weapons, including the power to throw pizzas, drop music notes from the saxophone, or the more conventional shooting of alien blaster rays. You will also be able to explore other classic LEGO worlds, including pirate islands, alien planets, and others.

You can buy LEGO Minifigures Online from the Google Play Store for $4.99, which already includes the first world, which is Pirate World. Other worlds will be available later on for purchase. If you buy the physical minifigs at LEGO stores, you can even use the code included to get the minifig in the game.
