Well, it didn’t take that long. We were thinking we would have to wait until the movie was released before Jurassic World: The Game was released for Android (it was released on iOS initially). It turns out we were wrong, and that is a good thing, because the dinosaur battle game that we’ve been waiting for is now available for downloading via the Google Play Store.
The Jurassic World game is obviously a movie game tie-in app for the film that’s coming out very soon, but it is also the spiritual successor of the Jurassic Park Builder game app. Like the current game’s predecessor, the objective is simple — create new dinosaurs, challenge opponents, win a lot. Basically, create your very own Jurassic World.
From what we’ve seen and heard, the game is visually beautiful. The dinosaurs depicted in-game are not your usual pixel monsters – they’re very detailed and very easy on the eyes. The island which serves as the playing field is incredibly detailed as well.
