If you’re a little turned off by the title “Stickman Tennis 2015”, we highly suggest that you reserve your gaming judgment after you’ve tried the game. Stickman Tennis is already an accomplished title out of iOS and is acclaimed for its gaming qualities. This new title from Djinnworks is not your typical serve-and-smash tennis game – it’s actually very challenging and enjoyable.
We actually bet that you’ll be mildly surprised – in a good way – at Stickman Tennis 2015. Upon your first few games, you will notice that all the elements of a great sports game are here. The user controls the character with an on-screen joystick and three buttons for different types of shots –topspin, slice, and lob. The direction of your shots is controlled with the joystick. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, try it out and you’ll see that pulling off winners is quite challenging.
Once you get used to it though, you will be doing fist pumps like any Wimbledon champion as you pull off amazing cross-court shots, down the line passing shots and delicate lobs. You can then upgrade the skills of your player with the XP that you collect throughout the game.
Be prepared, Stickman Tennis is a challenging game – even the easy levels will have opponents that you won’t beat so easily. It’s a great game to be engaged in. Best of all, it’s a free download via the Google Play Store (see source link below). You will have the option to pay USD$0.99 to remove the ads. There are also IAPs for some game boosts.
