One of the biggest events for new smartphones and tablets to be unveiled each year comes in early March in Barcelona, Spain. The event is Mobile World Congress (MWC) and each year hoards of new smartphones are unveiled at the show. Since MWC happens in Spain, many people who want to check out what their favorite smartphone makers are unveiling can’t go.
Thankfully, the smartphone makers know that folks want to keep up with what they are showing off and two of the major smartphone makers are already teasing their live stream pages. Both HTC and Samsung will be offering a live stream of their press events.
The HTC event will take place on March 1 and will be streamed live starting at 10am New York time, 16:00 in Barcelona, or 23:00 in Taipei. We aren’t exactly sure what HTC will be rolling out, but we will certainly be covering the event so if you don’t want to watch the live stream yourself, just check back here for the highlights.
Samsung will also be live streaming its event via YouTube. The Samsung Unpacked event will take place on March 1 at 18:30 pm CET. You have about three days and six hours as of writing before the Samsung event kicks off.
