GameLoft, despite its distribution issues, is a great company for mobile gaming. They haven’t been too active on Android devices, but it looks as if they’re ready to start the push into serious mobile gaming by releasing 10 HD titles for the month of December.
The 10 titles now available are:
- The Oregon Trail
- Shrek Kart Racing
- Brother in Arms 2: Global Front
- Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell – Conviction
- Let’s Golf 2
- Gangstar Miami Vindication
- Real Soccer 2011
- Ultimate Spiderman Total Mayhem
- Fishing Kings
- GT Racing

If you would like to purchase any of these new games, or get more information on a specific title, navigate over to GameLoft’s Android site.
Note: If purchasing a game, it’s recommended that you download from your devices browser rather than a desktop.

I have most of these games waiting for the last few to be released. Spiderman is the best game I have ever played on Android.
Check out my blog for a preview and some video of the game I shot.

What’s a `HD title`? Is it for Android or not?
HD means the games are only available for devices in higher resolution screens, 800 x 480 or higher. You also want to have a fast GPU in your phone to play them. I don’t think many of these games will work well on the first gen Snapdragon chips like the Nexus One. You need a Droid, G2, Galaxy S or Nexus S to play these games smoothly.
When I go to the website, I just get the “device not supported” message on my nexus s
I would suggest you go to the desktop site then and select the Galaxy S as your phone and if your carrier doesn’t work, just select a different one. It doesn’t matter what carrier you select if you pay by credit card.
I guse this good.
