Cute as a button. That’s how I would describe this new puzzle app called Button Up. The colors and graphics are easy on the eyes but game is a bit confusing at first. I didn’t understand the pattern I’m supposed to follow to blast the buttons and drop the yarn initially. Main goal is to drop the yarn in time by creating the perfect pattern. It’s not your usual match-the-similar-objects-to-finish-off-a-level because you need to know the correct pattern.
Button Up features 23 unique puzzle types and more than a hundred levels. It’s a free game and there’s no in-app purchase required. All you need to do is finish each level to complete the game. It seems easy but puzzle game can be really challenging yet addictive. Don’t think you’re just drawing a single line or thread because you need to create a special pattern to blast the buttons.
They say it’s not like anything you’ve seen before. I don’t quite agree because the gameplay, no matter how challenging, is very common although you need to understand the pattern. This will exercise your brain like the Peak Brain Training but nothing like the Wave Wave which can make you really dizzy after a game or two.
