If you have ever lost something and spent lots of time searching your home or office for it when you were in a hurry, you know how helpful an item tracker can be. A new item tracker has turned up on Indiegogo and this device is called Tintag.
One major difference between the Tintag and other similar Bluetooth device trackers is that Tintag has a rechargeable battery. All you have to do to charge the battery inside the tracking device is place it on the charge base.
Each full battery charge will let the Tintag run for four months at a time. One tracking device can be connected to multiple phones allowing two people to search for an item, pet, or child at the same time. Tintag can also be used to find the smartphone it is paired to if you lose it.
Tintag has a 100m range in plain view of the smartphone it is paired with. The device is waterproof and the software supports Android devices. A Super Early Bird pack on Indiegogo will set you back $19 and gets you a Tintag, charger, and needed software. Estimated delivery is April 2015.
