Verizon is preparing for the launch of the HTC DROID Merge later this week. This is the same phone in which we have heard so much about on the internet, but so little from Verizon. The Merge will be Verizon’s first HTC Android phone that includes a physical keyboard, which is making it look to be a really impressive and popular device for the coming holiday season.
This Thursday, Verizon will be hosting an event in a Seattle club to celebrate the launch of the HTC Droid Merge World-Phone. It seems the HTC Droid Merge will be yet another World-Phone for the carrier who seem to be pushing into the market.
The device features a 3.8-inch WVGA touchscreen with a resolution of (800 X 480), 800 MHz processor, and 512 MH of RAM. It will ship with Android OS 2.2 with HTC Sense 1.6 overlay.
Pricing is still unknown.
