T-Mobile has announced the upcoming release of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition tablet. The tablet will be arriving on June 4th, however pre-orders are available immediately. The price is set at $99.99 down with 24 monthly payments of $23.
The Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition will be eligible for the Tablet Freedom program which brings the promise of free data for life. Users will be able to get 200MB of data free for the life of the device. And from now through the end of the year users will be able to bump that 200MB to 1.2GB by attaching the tablet to an existing T-Mobile voice plan.
As a recap, the Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition tablet features include a 2560 x 1600 display resolution with power coming by way of a quad-core 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Other spec highlights include 32GB of internal storage, a microSD memory card slot (32GB) and 8220 mAh battery. Users can also expect Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat and the S Pen.
Otherwise, along with the announcement for the tablet, T-Mobile is reminding users about how they will pay any current early termination fees (ETF). Those looking to go that route will need to bring your existing tablet in for an instant credit (that can be applied toward an accessory purchase) and then provide T-Mobile with your ETF bill once your old carrier sends it.
