Ematic has launched their latest Android tablet. This one is the EM63 and it brings a 7-inch display and dual-core processor with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Perhaps more important for some, the Ematic EM63 is another budget priced device. This one can be purchased for well under $100 and is available with a variety of retailers.
Specifically, Ematic has the EM63 tablet available for $89.99 and with retailers to include Amazon and J&R. Aside from the low price point, the tablet ships in a variety of colors to include black, red, pink, purple and blue. Circling back to the display and processor and we find a resolution of 1024 x 600 (169ppi) and a dual-core 1.5GHz.
Other specs for the tablet include 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, 5GB of included cloud storage and a microSD card slot (with support for cards up to 32GB in size). The EM63 also has a multi-core GPU, WiFi, 3.5mm headphone jack, mini HDMI, USB 2.0 and 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera.
There is also a 2700 mAh battery, which Ematic has listed as being able to provide up to 5 hours of run time. In addition to Jelly Bean, the tablet ships with Play Store access well as a variety of pre-installed apps including many from Google as well as others such as Evernote, Kingsoft Office and File Manager. That all being said, while Ematic has the price listed at $89.99, it does appear as if Amazon currently has it few a few bucks cheaper.
what game is that in the screenshot?
clash of titan?
This maybe the worst brand name for anything ever. Ematic is a little too close to emetic.
$89.99 isn’t “well under” $100. And just when I was about to get my hopes up.
This Tablet is Excellent, I purchased it from Walmart for only $50 And it out proforms most tablets in the “afforable” class.
