Another Runtastic branded app has landed in the Play Store today. This latest is called Runtastic Six Pack Abs Workout and brings the promise of giving you a “six pack trainer in your pocket.” Perhaps key here, this may be an app to consider by those who are motivated, but not quite motivated enough to make it to the gym. The Six Pack Abs Workout app includes some pre-set workout plans that make use of some basic exercises.
This app has plans available for men and women and offers more than 50 instructional ab workout videos (in HD). The plans offer three ranges of difficulty and there is a 10-week plan available to get you started. Users will be able to pick from options including the 7-Minute Workout, Insanity, Shape Up, Six Pack Junkie and more.
You are also able to tweak the workouts to better fit what you are looking for. This could be a variety of options including weight loss, specific target areas and more. Some of the exercise options include sit-ups, crunches, planks, leg raises , core twists and more. The app also brings in some audio. Specifically, audio playlists that match up with your workouts.
Just like the other Runtastic apps, this one syncs your data with the website so it can be viewed online. Users can take advantage of the Runtastic website to track data as well as analyze and hopefully make any necessary improvements. Of course, there is also the sharing aspect. In this case you can push those workouts to Facebook or Twitter and even include images detailing any progress.
That being said, Runtastic Six Pack Abs Workout can be found in the Google Play Store.
