We first heard about the Samsung Transform last week, although being only a leak and nothing official we now have that official confirmation we long for, prematurely even. The User Guide for the upcoming Android Device has been published on Sprint.com so we can expect an official launch soon.
The Transform will provide another QWERTY slider Android device for users on the Sprint network. It will launch with stock Android 2.2, a 3 megapixel camera, secondary front-facing camera, WiFi, 3G, GPS, Bluetooth and a microSD memory card slot.
It also features a Sprint ID system, which will allow customers to buy and download packs of content that includes icons, wallpapers, menus, and apps. One example of this is the Sprint pack including TV, TeleNav, NASCAR, and live football apps, along with many wallpapers, ringtones and icons.
Update: The User Manual has been pulled by sprint.
This phone sucks! The keyboard is TERRIBLE to use. It’s also SLOW as a slug going uphill on a icy slope on a windy day! I’m spending the full price for anything else to get rid of it
