Kabam announced back in April that it would be producing a new mobile video game based on the film Fast & Furious 6. The game is called Fast & Furious 6: The Game and this week it has launched on the iOS platform. We already knew the game was coming for Apple fans and Android fans alike.
The company has offered no additional details on exactly when the game will launch on the Android platform, but it did offer up a new screenshot that shows graphics on the game will be very impressive. Along with that screenshot come details on the game including that it will be a free to play racing title.
The company promises that the app will have console quality graphics and a unique take on street racing games. The game is based on a storyline that runs parallel to the plot of the feature film. In the game players will race alongside characters from the new film as they drag race and drift through street races and various heists.
The game will allow players to customize cars with decals and custom paint jobs. There’ll also be a number of vehicles that players can acquire from manufacturers including BMW, Honda, Dodge, and Ford.
The game is free to play, but that likely means that it will be supported by in game purchases. You can check out the trailer for the game below and keep an eye on Google Play in the coming days for the game to launch.
