If you like critters and endless runners, you might want to check out this new game available for Android devices. Raccoon Escape is in a way, simple in its gameplay but interesting and challenging enough to capture your attention amidst all the other games available in the Google Play Store. All you have to do is help the rodent escape from burning lava by connecting and turning gears. Easy as a piece of raccoon right? Well, as you know with a lot of games now, it won’t be that easy.
The only backstory you need to know is that a raccoon has been imprisoned by an unknown being, and unless he’s able to outrun it, he’ll be toast in the smoking hot lava that rises as each game progresses. He is hoisted upwards on the screen by the levers that you’ll be connecting. Unfortunately, there are other weird challenges in the way, like aliens, sharks, carnivorous plants, and other things that are hindering the raccoon (mostly by trying to eat him) from running upwards.
Controlling the gameplay is easy to learn and hard to master. Just tap on the gears as they roll in from the periphery. You can tap them each individually or tap them once in the sequence they appear so that the raccoon can rise faster. You can also swipe laterally to swing the raccoon in the direction you want so that you can avoid the aforementioned weird things and creatures in the game.
You can download Raccoon Escape from the Google Play Store for free. There are in-app purchases available but you can survive them if you’re patient enough.
