ZTE has recently been teasing the Nubia X6 smartphone. The details are being shared by way of the Chinese language Weibo, and have touched on everything from battery life, to the sound, and camera. There has also been an image showing the side profile of the handset. It seems these teasers are going to continue, but in the meantime, how about we take a look at what ZTE has revealed thus far.
Up first you'll notice the image showing the side profile. ZTE has yet to offer much in the way of dimensions, so it is a bit difficult to judge how thin, or thick the Nubia X6 will be. The handset appears to have a clean design, but to that point, it is important to remember we are looking at a rendered image. The one measurement ZTE has provided dealt with the bezel size, which is said to be 1.3mm.
Similar to the lack of measurements, the rest of these teasers all still have missing pieces. For example, ZTE has said the Nubia X6 will have 'Fast Charge' and a long battery life. We have yet to hear how fast the handset will charge, and to what levels. They also haven't mentioned anything in terms of a mAh rating for the battery.
The remaining teaser images (seen in the gallery above) dealt with the optical image stabilization (OIS) and the speakers. In this case ZTE mentioned the handset would have stereo speakers. The speakers will be paired with Dolby DTS. Needless to say, we haven't seen anything further in terms of the camera -- for the front or rear. While the teasers are all missing key bits, the silver lining comes in with how these are being shared by ZTE.
Shifting over to the rumor side, and speculation suggests the ZTE Nubia X6 will arrive powered y a Snapdragon 801 processor with 2 (or 3) GB of RAM, and a 16 megapixel rear-facing camera.
