Some new images have surfaced this afternoon of what appears to be another Motorola DROID RAZR variant for Verizon Wireless. Being called the Motorola XT907 we are light on details other than the image below showing the rear of the device. It looks very similar to the recently announced Motorola Atrix HD for AT&T, and doesn’t appears to be the RAZR HD. Lets start up the rumor mill.

The unknown phone sports the same Kevlar coating on back as previous RAZR devices, comes with an HD VIDEO capable camera like most devices from Motorola say on the back, and of course Verizon 4G LTE. The RAZR HD model number is XT926 so this clearly isn’t the RAZR, but possibly a little brother. Looking at the dimensions it looks to sport a 4.3-inch display but we can’t speculate on the resolution at this time.

According to Droid-Life the device could also come in white and sport a 540 x 960 qHD resolution and the Qualcomm S4 processor (like the Galaxy S III.) The original and extremely popular DROID RAZR had a model number of XT912 so this new variant comes in below that on the list. It looks like Motorola and Verizon are preparing a nice budget friendly 4G LTE DROID just in time for a possible back to school sale. Stay tuned for more details.
