August 22 has arrived and so has the HTC One on Verizon’s online store. Big Red has finally made HTC’s current flagship available to its customers. But that’s not the only thing it has unveiled. Also available is the LG Enact, which was earlier tipped to arrive by mid-September.

With just a weeks left before HTC’s expected HTC One Max announcement in Germany, Verizon has finally let loose the HTC One to the public. Running on a quad core Snapdragon 600 with 2 GB of RAM, the HTC One sports a 4.7-inch 1080p Full HD display, 32 GB of internal storage, and a 4 megapixel rear camera. It seems there is no sign of the rumored Blue HTC One anywhere, though it might still be coming soon.

Joining the One in this release is the LG Enact. This device has fairly moderate hardware: 4.0-inch 800×400 display, a dual-core processor running at 1.2 GHz and 8 GB of internal storage. Marketed for smartphone experts and beginners alike, the Enact features a five-row QWERTY keyboard for avid typists as well as a Starter Mode user interface for novices.

Both smartphones are, of course, compatible with Verizon’s 4G LTE network. The HTC One is available for $199.99 with a two-year contract while the LG Enact is priced at $19.99.
