Uplinq 2011: Qualcomm Demo’s Games on ASUS MeMO Honeycomb Tablet [Video]

Keeping up with all the action at this years Uplinq 2011 Qualcomm went right into some gaming. Next we have a video demo of the ASUS Eee MeMO Tablet powered by a 1.2 Ghz dual-core Snapdragon processor and from what we know this should be a glasses-free 3D device. It has an active stylus like the HTC Flyer and should ship running on Honeycomb.

Our man Vince was live at the event walking around and was lucky enough to get a shot of the ASUS MeMO tablet before the demo as well. We didn’t get a hands-on with the device but we will throw those photos down below for your viewing pleasure. Back to the video Qualcomm had two Gameloft games to show off today. Real Soccer 2011 HD, as well as Spider-Man Total Mayhem. Check them out in the video below:

Both games look extremely smooth and the graphics are top notch. Qualcomm has partnered with Gameloft in the past and we hope to be seeing more games like the ones from this video in the near future. High quality games that perform well with smooth frames per second and give users a seamless gaming experience. The cinematic scene after scoring a goal in Real Soccer is a nice touch and we hope to get more hands-on with this game in the near future.

Spider-Man also looks incredible to say the least. Marvel Comics have been around for a while and have been helping developers create amazing games for a long time. Spider-man plays very fluent and doesn’t get choppy or slow from what we are seeing. Games that performance drop to much in game-play really takes from the experience and we are proud to say that Gameloft and Qualcomm have been working hard to keep things clean. With the improved performance we are seeing and the rapid growth of technology I can only imagine how these types of games will be next year this time.

For more information about gaming on Android and to see some of what Qualcomm has done to ensure users will have a top gaming experience check out the Qualcomm Snapdragon Game Pack.
