There are plenty of options for fitness-tracking apps. Android users have more than a few including RunKeeper and Endomondo, and as of today there is another available. This latest comes courtesy of Tribesports and is called Tribesports Training, which brings the promise of being able to do “much more than the other sports apps available.”

Similar to some of other other fitness-tracking apps, this one allows you to track a variety of different activities, and also has a community aspect to help encourage. Nicely, Tribesports Training is both free to download and free to use. Free workouts are also available by way of the Tribesports.com website.

As for the app itself, users will be able to track activities using GPS and manually enter other workouts. There is also an option to save workouts, which should make things a bit simpler for those who often follow the same workout routine. Tribesports mentioned how you can log a long gym session in as little as three clicks.

Of course, along with the community aspect, that includes being able to share details socially. Users will also be able to take and upload images during a workout, and view training graphs on a weekly, monthly and all-time basis. Bottom line here, Android users now have another option for GPS fitness tracking.

The Tribesports Training app is available for free, and can be found in the Google Play Store.
