While some of us still communicate with each other through words, there is a growing number of people who apparently can talk to each other just by using emojis. And so a lot of the messaging and SMS apps out there are incorporating more and more of these pictographs into their language. Textra SMS, one of the more popular ones when it comes to SMS apps, has brought all 1600+ emojis into its latest update, and even those that don’t have Marshmallow can join in.
Version 3.13 for the Textra SMS app basically brings all the emojis together so you can search through thousands of them to find the right combination to express yourself to whoever you’re talking with. And even if your phone (or your recipient’s phone) is on KitKat and Lollipop, they can still receive and send said emojis. The skin tone emojis are also included, so no one can accuse them of being not diversified enough.
Twitter style emojis are also included now, so that’s more than a 1,600 emojis for you. You will also now have the save the image option by clicking on the side of a picture bubble. Bug fixes and improvements are also included in the update.
The update to Textra SMS is rolling out as we speak, but if you’re impatient and want it now, you can download the APK and install it already. Then at least you can start texting those wordless emoji messages. Let’s just hope your recipient understands it too and doesn’t misinterpret it.
