Samsung Galaxy S III carrier availability set to expand in June
While the GALAXY S 4 may be the latest from Samsung, it doesn't change the fact that the Galaxy S III is still a rather capable handset. With that in mind, it looks like the Galaxy S III will be launching with two additional carriers in June. The carriers include Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile, however at present neither have announced the pricing.

Virgin Mobile giving T-Mobile switchers a $100 bill credit
T-Mobile appears to be under fire from another carrier. In this case, we are talking Virgin Mobile and the newly launched campaign promising a $100 credit for those who make the switch. Similar to what we have recently been seeing from T-Mobile in regards to the total cost of ownership over two-years, Virgin Mobile has offered a comparison using the Galaxy S II as an example.

LG LS720 FCC filing suggests a Virgin Mobile release
Earlier today we saw what is believed to the Optimus G Pro for AT&T and in addition, it looks like another LG branded handset has made the required FCC visit. This latest is not quite as high-end as the previous though. The handset is the LG LS720 and it appears to be a mid-level device destined for Virgin Mobile.

Virgin Mobile USA has announced the immediate availability of the Samsung Galaxy Victory, which coincidentally, is the carriers first LTE smartphone. Kyocera Event joins the pre-paid Virgin Mobile USA lineup
Virgin Mobile USA has announced their latest Android smartphone. The handset is the Kyocera Event and it joins the pre-paid device lineup with a price point of just $79.99. Of course, given the low contract-free price, one may come to the assumption that the specs are not what could be described as high-end. Truth be told, that would be true, but remember -- the point here is a low handset price and a low monthly price. And to achieve that, you sometimes need a trade-off.

LG Nexus 4 now available with Virgin Mobile UK
The LG Nexus 4 has come available with yet another UK based carrier. The latest is Virgin Mobile, which joins Three and O2. Of course, the Google Play Store also sells the Nexus 4 in the UK, however we all know how that is going at the moment -- out of stock. Simply put, if you are in the UK and looking for a Nexus 4, one of the carriers seems like your best bet.

The phone is launching on Virgin three days before it was expected to hit the parent company.
