HP Chromebook 11 LTE now arriving with select retailers

Earlier this morning we learned how the HP Chromebook 11 LTE connectivity would be coming by way of a chip from Altair Semiconductor. While HP has yet to offer any sort of press release style announcement, it seems the pricing has been revealed by way of a retail product listing. The listing comes courtesy of Best Buy, who have the LTE-equipped Chromebook available and priced at $379.

Verizon Moto G release confirmed for January 9

Putting an end to the rumors, Verizon Wireless has confirmed the release date and pricing for the Moto G. The handset will be joining the prepaid lineup as of January 9th and as was expected, it will be selling for $99.99. Verizon will initially have the Moto G available online, however the handset is also expected in retail stores sometime in the "coming weeks."

Verizon Moto G $100 price point explained

Verizon has already announced plans to launch the Moto G in early 2014. The handset will be joining the prepaid lineup and while an official release date and price is still needed -- it appears as if those details have been revealed. Keeping in mind nothing is official until we hear it from Big Red, it looks like the Moto G will be available on January 9th and with a price point of $99.99.

Verizon Galaxy S III Android 4.3 update rolling out

Following some of the other carrier branded Galaxy S III updates, Verizon Wireless has become the latest to begin rolling out Android 4.3. With that in mind, those carrying a Verizon Galaxy S III should be on the lookout for the update notification to arrive. Knowing the update rollout has already begun, users will be seeing an update that measures in at roughly 116MB in size and delivering support for the Galaxy Gear smartwatch as well as a decent sized list of fixes, changes, and other miscellaneous tweaks.

Verizon HTC One Android 4.3 changelog revealed

We recently learned that Verizon and HTC were just about ready to begin rolling the Android 4.3 update to One users. The news the update had been approved came by way of Executive Director of Product Management at HTC who posts as @moversi on Twitter. The tweet mentioned how the update was expected to begin early this week and well, it looks like things are progressing. Verizon has recently posted the full changelog for the update.

DROID Ultra, Mini, Maxx soak test brings talk of Kit Kat

The specifics have yet to be revealed, however it does appear that Verizon and Motorola are getting ready to begin a soak test for the DROID lineup. This time around the update looks to be heading to the DROID Ultra, Mini and Maxx. And perhaps more important, it is believed to be the Android 4.4 Kit Kat update. What we have seen comes by way of an email from the Motorola Feedback Network and that bit about Kit Kat does involve a bit of speculation.
