Verizon Wireless same-day delivery expands to another 10 cities

Verizon Wireless launched a same-day delivery option several months back. The service arrived as a pilot program, and initially was only available in a few limited markets. Big Red took this delivery option out of the test phase in December, and we have also seen some expansions since the initial launch. But as of today it looks like Verizon Wireless has made this available in 10 new cities.

Verizon Moto G Android 4.4.2 rollout begins

Verizon released the Moto G back on January 9th. And while the handset arrived as a solid pre-paid option for Big Red customers, there was a slight bit of disappointment from some as it shipped with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. Verizon did say the Kit Kat update would come in the "near future" however a specific timeline remained a mystery. But in a bit of good news, user reports are beginning to detail the Android 4.4.2 rollout.

Verizon Wireless has offered up some details for a new calling plan. This latest is arriving priced at $45 per month and aimed towards those looking to activate a single line of service. Simply put, this plan could save single line users a few bucks each and every month. One word of caution though, Verizon does have this listed as being available only for a limited time.

Verizon Ellipsis 7 update improving battery life, connectivity and more

Verizon Wireless caused a small bit of controversy when they launched the 7-inch Ellipsis 7 tablet as opposed to the Nexus 7 back in November of last year. While that issue seems to have blown over, Big Red has recently shared some details on a software update for the Ellipsis 7 tablet. The update brings only improvements, but judging from the changelog, it seems to be one that current users will want to grab.
