Verizon Edge goes live with detailed FAQ to clear any confusion

Verizon announced the Edge upgrade program back in July and it looks like it has officially arrived. A quick visit to the Verizon Wireless website shows the handsets being listed with the additional pricing. Basically, those browsing will now see a two-year agreement price, full-retail price and the Edge pricing. Perhaps more important though, Verizon has also offered an FAQ answering quite a few questions.

Verizon Max coming for “concerned” unlimited data users

Verizon has had their Share Everything plans available for more than a year now, but there are still some that have been holding their now-grandfathered-in unlimited data plan. Big Red is also getting ready to have the Verizon Edge upgrade plan available. That will arrive on August 25th and as that comes available Verizon has what they are calling a special offer for those who are planning to use Edge and are "concerned about losing their unlimited plan."

Viva Movil reveals a discounted Verizon HTC One

The Verizon HTC One officially launched and while the handset is priced at $199.99 direct from the carrier, it looks like that isn't the best price around. We often see discounted handsets with third-party retailers such as Amazon, however it looks like this discounted HTC One is coming by way of Viva Movil. For those in need of a refresher, Viva Movil comes by way of JLo.

Verizon inks deal to provide 4G LTE and 3G in NYC subway stations

Some of the NYC subway stations already have WiFi and/or cellular service available, however as of today that list will expand to include 3G and 4G LTE from Verizon Wireless. The carrier, along with Transit Wireless has announced that service will be coming "over the next several weeks." Those venturing into the subway with a Verizon device will be able to find coverage in any of the 36 stations that are already online.

Verizon HTC One revealed on newly launched teaser page

Verizon has yet to announce a release date for the HTC One, but it does appear as if they have just inched a bit closer to that point. A newly launched teaser page is showing the Verizon branded HTC One. While this page doesn't include the release date or pricing details, it does show a nice image of what we can expect in terms of looks.
