Hannspree Hannspad SN14t71 tablet lands in the UK bearing a 13.3-inch screen

As mentioned a couple of times in the past, vendors sometimes do the strangest things just to stand out from a market full of people copying each other and doing the same things. One very recent exemplar of this is the Hannspree Hannspad SN14t71, which is probably the largest portable Android tablet you've so far laid eyes on, though the aspect of portability is, at this point, almost debatable.

ADVENT Vega Tegra Note 7 unveiled with Tegra 4 and 7″ display

ADVENT has unveiled the Vega Tegra Note 7 this morning, which as the name would suggest, this is a 7-inch tablet powered by an NVIDIA Tegra processor. For now it looks like the release is limited to those in the UK and by way of retailers to include Currys and PC World. Availability aside, the Vega Tegra Note 7 will be sporting a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 (215 ppi) and arrive powered by an NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor.

KAZAM smartphones arrive from former HTC execs

HTC, who is already struggling with internal and external problems, might be facing a new competitor in the European market right from its own ranks. KAZAM, a company that was formed by two former HTC executives, has just outed its first six smartphones, which, as suspected, run the Android OS.

Tesco Hudl tablet arrives for those in the UK

The Tesco Hudl tablet was unveiled just last week and as was promised, that tablet is now available for purchase. The Hudl has arrived as a 7-inch device with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, but much of the focus seems to be on the pricing. The tablet is budget priced and those looking to check it out should be able to find it at roughly 1000 retail locations. Of course, it is also available for online sales.
