ModaCo has been busy with the new dual core device from LG. He has already done plenty on this phone but recently he has announced and shown pictures for a few exciting things. One being that Paul himself said the phone is a developer dream device. It is not locked down, and messed up like phones have been lately from both Motorola, and HTC. It is open, and free just like it should be and as Android was intended.
Gameloft has quietly released the much anticipated racing game Asphalt 6 for Android recently. I've not heard anything about it. I didn't see it posted on @GameloftAndroid on twitter or anything. I'm not sure why it was such a quiet launch, but at least it is finally here. I think they are still working on it as not all phones can get it yet. I tried for the Atrix and the site said it was not released for that device yet.
Motorola Mobility tonight has tweeted a small bit of information that some of you early adopters like us here at AC might find important and useful. According to the Motorola twitter page, starting tonight Motorola is rolling out an OTA update that will provide some fixes, and changes for the Motorola Xoom that will prepare it for Adobe Flash 10.2 and upgrade the Xoom to Android 3.0.1
Milan Design Week in April? Asus plans to be there to show some exciting new innovations from team AsusUK. According to a tweet by @AsusUK they will be there and they mentioned showing a "Design Concept or Innovative Display?" We get to decide, I have a feeling they will have some fancy 3D Android and Windows 7 tablets for us to drool over.
iHear Network and has launched ahead of South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas. The app allows you to virtually teleport to any place on Earth and listen to tweets from the area.
