This week the annual Computex convention is underway in Taipei, Taiwan and while it's mostly about computers the folks from Acer had a few Android tablets to show off. What you'll see here shortly is not one, but three new Android tablets from Acer. To start we have the smallest of the bunch with the all new Acer Iconia Tab A110. NVIDIA unveils 5 new Tegra HD games at E3

As most gaming fans should already know, the E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) is underway in Los Angeles today and NVIDIA is apparently bringing the heat for Android. NVIDIA has just unveiled not one or two, but five brand new Tegra 2 and Tegra 3 optimized THD games for Android phones and tablets headed to the Tegra Zone. SHADOWGUN meets Left 4 Dead in Dead Trigger THD for Android

The developers behind what is quite possibly one of the best games for Android, MadFinger Games has just announced their all new first person zombie shooter that will surely be one of the best mobile games this summer. Partnered again with NVIDIA they've just announced Dead Trigger THD coming soon to NVIDIA's Tegra Zone and the Google Play Store. Read on after the break for more details and a quick video.

Renaissance Blood THD heads to Tegra Zone [hands-on]

Today we have another epic game for Android to show you. This Unreal Engine 3 powered game from NCsoft is called Renaissance Blood THD and has been in development by Bridea and NVIDIA for some time. Being THD this is only for Tegra 3 quad-core devices for now, and brings an easy-to-play arcade style shooter to Android. Available now you'll want to see our hands-on video below.

NVIDIA: 28 more Tegra 3 phones coming in 2012

Today during NVIDIA's annual "Analyst Day" we were listening in as Mobile Business Manager Mike Rayfield started talking about the Tegra 3 quad-core processor. What instantly caught our attention is the amount of NVIDIA Tegra 3-powered quad-core smartphones they have coming this year. With the HTC One X already available, they have more coming -- many more.

NVIDIA Icera modem certified for AT&T: quad-core LTE incoming

One of the more frustrating trends in the world of high-end Android phones as of late has been the somewhat slow adoption of quad-core processors like NVIDIA's Tegra 3 on speedy LTE networks. Up to now we've seen major phones like the HTC One X "settle" for a dual-core design when debuting on LTE carriers, simply because the standards for the combination of SoC and radio weren't ready yet. Today NVIDIA has announced that its Icera radio module has been certified for use with AT&T's LTE bands.
