Gingerbread, Honeycomb, and Ice Cream Sandwich before it Google has another "Easter Egg" hidden inside of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. Most people know the trick already and if not we'll share the details below. We saw this last week and after some thought have finally realized what Google could be hinting at -- and that is a Christmas full of Nexus gifts.
Oppo released a teaser image of a 6.65mm-thin phone today, and if it comes to market any time soon the unnamed device will grab the title of world's thinnest phone (for at least a month or two anyway). There's no details part the picture, but the visuals can't help but remind us of a certain flagship from everyone's favorite litigious American manufacturer.
yet more cryptic information on what's almost certainly the Galaxy S III, set to be debuted in London on May 3rd. Along with the basically useless website, they've also posted a new teaser video. But don't get your hopes up - it's just more marketing speak, pretty but superfluous graphics and a humorous twist at the end.
"The Next Galaxy" from Samsung. As you may have heard, Samsung let loose a teaser for a teaser website at "tgeltaayehxnx.com" tonight, it having a countdown meter which will be up inside 8 hours from when the post you're reading now was posted. Will it be a Galaxy S III, a Galaxy Tab, or something brand new? Nothing else really shows itself here on this teaser page on the surface, but under the lovely layers of the site's source directories, we've found a few more telling clues.
Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone you'll want to tune in tomorrow. Samsung has just launched a teaser site for the new phone after scrambling "The Next Galaxy" into tgeltaayehxnx and launching tgeltaayehxnx.com earlier today. With a countdown ending early morning tomorrow we shouldn't have to wait too much longer, only about 13 hours or so.
ASUS dropped a 'Teaser video II' that doesn't give much away, except that we should expect "twice the detail" in one of their upcoming products at MWC. With only two days until the actual event, you'd think they would ease up on the teasing and just let us painlessly await their press conference. Alas, that wasn't their plan, and they have just dropped 'Teaser video III'.
Mobile World Congress with a new line of smartphones and a neat new naming scheme. Aiming to have a better year than the last we expect great things from HTC. Today over on their Facebook page they've posted a teaser image that only causes us to have more questions than we did yesterday.
Google/Samsung event in Hong Kong tomorrow, but Motorola and Verizon would like to remind you that they've got their own party a little closer to home earlier in the day. The "Faster. Thinner. Smarter. Stronger" event is thought to be the unveiling for the much-rumored DROID RAZR and possible a next-generation XOOM as well. With its latest teaser site and video, Verizon has pretty much put rumor to rest - it's all over bar the waiting.
