Sony to unveil something on August 3; might be Xperia C5 Ultra

We are not sure yet if it’s a new smartphone, a new totally different device, or just a brand new app for their users, but Sony is definitely up to something on August 3. They posted on their official Xperia Twitter account that there will be an announcement on Monday, specifically something that has to do with taking split-second photos, whatever that means. Whatever it turns out to be, you can bet that Android and/or Sony fans will be glued to news sites, waiting for what this announcement will be.

New Xiaomi teasers point to premium Xiaomi Mi 4i

This will be new and exciting times for China-based manufacturer Xiaomi, regarded by most as one of the fastest growing manufacturers from China due to their build quality. On April 23, Xiaomi is scheduled to unveil a new device, and for the first time, the unveiling will be outside of China, in New Delhi, India. The device is expected to be the Xiaomi Mi 4i.

T-Mobile releases Galaxy S6 teaser, boasts of its “Six Appeal”

We've suspected for some time now that the newest smartphone that Samsung will be officially announcing in a few days time will probably be the Galaxy S6. Although we haven't exactly gotten a "yes, that's what the name will be" from the Korean OEM, the newest teaser image that has come out sports the tagline "Six Appeal". This is an almost confirmation that we will be having the sixth edition of their flagship, and as the launch is almost upon us, the teasers keep getting less cryptic, and more like the real thing.

New Next Galaxy teaser hints at borderless, metal design

As the day of the official unveiling of the Samsung "Next Galaxy" grows nearer, we can expect that its teasers become less of a tease and more of actual but unconfirmed details about the upcoming new flagship device. The latest one is the longest video yet and may have just unofficially confirmed the rumors that the Galaxy S6 (still an unconfirmed name, we're just assuming) would have a metallic body and dual-curved display.

OnePlus One “mini” leaked, Dec. 17 event teased

The OnePlus One is a device that is almost characterized by contradiction. Labeled as the "flagship killer", the smartphone did arrive with high end specs and a price to die for, but it also ended up being widely unavailable except from invites. And more recently, just when it launched in India, it saw Cyanogen practically withdrew support for its OS for devices sold in India. Despite that, it seems that the Chinese startup wants a repeat, but this time in a smaller scale.

Nexus 6, Android 5.0, Lollipop: tipped, teased, and leaked

If the latest rumor were true, then we might just be counting down the hours before Google's great Android reveal involving the Nexus 9 tablet and possibly the Nexus 6 smartphone and the name of the next Android version. Naturally, we are now getting a flood of hints that point out the possible answers to all those questions, including the possible name of Android L, which might be Lollipop after all. Whatever it's name is, Google has seemingly confirmed that it is indeed Android 5.0.

OPPO N3: 7075 aluminium alloy, electric rotating camera

Although the scheduled media event is still a good few weeks away, OPPO isn't missing a beat in trying to tease its fans with what the OPPO N3 might be. It has practically confirmed now the material to be used for the smartphone, a durable yet lightweight aluminium alloy used in aircraft as well. But the most interesting bit doesn't come from the horse's mouth. The OPPO N3 is now believed to sport a rather strange electric rotating camera.
