Sony SmartBand 2 to reportedly have heart rate monitor

Because a companion app was pushed to the Google Play Store inadvertently, it looks like word is out that the upcoming Sony SmartBand 2 SWR12 will indeed have a heart rate monitor. This piece of info was first leaked back in February but now the product description that is part of the app confirms this and gives a few other details about the wearable that is expected to be announced anytime now.

Sony to roll out Lollipop 5.1 to Xperia Z devices next month

Sony is still in the process of giving the Android Lollipop updates to some of their Xperia devices, like Z, ZL, ZR and Tablet Z. But already, other Xperia users who have been upgraded can expect a new one to come next month as the Japanese OEM announced that they will be upgrading the whole Xperia Z line to version 5.1. Included also in that update are other Xperia devices like the T2 Ultra and the Xperia C3.

We have talked about this device a few times already, earlier this month we figured that slight changes in the original Z3 would make all the difference. The Z4 was officially announced and pegged as shipping this summer about a month ago.
