Sony Xperia Z2 “Sirius” back panel image leaks

Sony has a few key Xperia devices at the moment. We have recently seen the Xperia Z1S launch with T-Mobile. Not to mention the Z Ultra which surprised everyone when it arrived as a Google Play edition handset. But while these are current handsets, it seems some pieces of a yet to be announced model have recently leaked. The handset in question is the Xperia Z2, which currently sports a codename of Sirius.

Sony teases Android 4.3 for the Xperia T, TX, V and SP

Sony has returned with another status update in terms of Android 4.3. They have yet to announce a specific availability date, however it looks like four Xperia handsets will be getting a bump in Jelly Bean in the next month or so. The devices include the Xperia T, TX, V and SP and the rough timeline points towards late January or early February.

Sony Xperia T2 Ultra unveiled with 6-inch 720p HD display

Sony has unveiled their latest "large screen" smartphone. This one has arrived as the Xperia T2 Ultra and it brings a 6-inch 720p HD display. While the size of the display is the key feature here, Sony has also said this handset has been specially designed for emerging markets. Basically, instead of seeing a widespread global release, the Xperia T2 Ultra will be heading to China, Africa, the Middle East and the Asia Pacific rim.

T-Mobile Sony Xperia Z1S arrives for online sales

Originally announced last week during CES, the Sony Xperia Z1S has already arrived with T-Mobile. The carrier has the handset available for online sales beginning today. The handset is also coming to retail stores, however that will not happen until January 22nd. Regardless of whether you move forward and buy online now, or from a retail store on the 22nd -- the pricing and specs for the handset remain the same.

Sony talks Android 4.3 for the Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and Xperia Tablet Z

It was a few weeks earlier when Sony announced that Jelly Bean was rolling out to the Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra. Perhaps more important though, that news came with a bit of teasing about how the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update rollout for the "remaining" Sony Xperia devices was "right around the corner." Well, it looks like that day has come and Sony has announced Jelly Bean for four additional devices.

Sony Xperia Z1 f hits Japan with 4.3-inch display and 20MP camera

The slightly smaller version of the Xperia Z1 has arrived for those in Japan. The handset has been dubbed the Sony Xperia Z1 f and it has landed with NTT DoCoMo. There has been talk of an international version arriving as the Xperia Z1 s, but for now, we can only look towards the leaks and rumors for details of that model. Sticking with the Xperia Z1 f and we learn this handset has a smaller display size but otherwise keeps many of the same specs from the Xperia Z1.
