Sony’s new QX Lens arms can support their Xperia Z Ultra, other small tablets

Few stories are met with confusion or concern here at Android Community, but this is one of them. Sony is releasing several new arms for their QX lenses, which doesn't sound terrible, but keep reading. The original was meant specifically for smartphones, even latching onto their larger Xperia Z1. Sony realizes that mobile devices come in various sizes, and has acted accordingly.

Is it a tablet? A phone? While we really like the Sony Xperia Z Ultra, the 6.44-inch screen begs some questions. It’s too large to reasonably make a phone call on, which Sony seemed to concede with their tiny Bluetooth handheld accompaniment. It’s almost tablet sized, even though we still think of 7-inches as the tablet cut-off size.
