Sony Ericsson ST18i and CK15i smartphones leaked and we had a couple blurry pics to gander at. The Sony Ericsson ST18i has leaked again and we have even more pics to look at. In fact, we have crystal clear pics of just about every single part of the smartphone for your perusal. The Urushi is the codename for the ST18i, which is expected to be a smaller version of the Arc.
Android 2.3.3 update for the XPERIA Play and XPERIA Arc has been released for Vodafone UK's versions of the two smartphones. The updates bring the two handsets up to speed with Google's latest version of the OS, as well as adding in Facebook Inside XPERIA integration as on the mini and mini pro. Rather than an OTA update, the new firmware is delivered using a USB connection to your computer and the Sony Ericsson Update Service app. Vodafone says it will also improve voice quality, device stability, email setup and Exchange account performance, and introduce various bugfixes and security enhancements. Xperia Play launched one of the features everyone wished they had was HDMI out. To be able to enjoy those amazing games over HDMI would really make the Play a true gaming phone. The Sony Ericsson Xperia Play did not ship with HDMI out, although devices like the Arc did so there must have been a reason behind this. You can see our very own unboxing and hands-on, HDMI out is missing sadly.

DropBox has recently announced they have partnered with Sony Ericsson and will be coming pre-installed on future devices from Sony. Dropbox is the popular cloud based storage option that many Android users currently take advantage of. For now the Xperia Play and Arc will be getting the DropBox treatment. They do mention they are working on it for Verizon, but future releases for those devices will have it.
