Goodbye CES 2013: See you next year!

Everyone here in Viva Las Vegas is wrapping up their meetings, closing down their booths and shutting the doors. With that, we'd like to officially say goodbye to CES 2013. It was a fun, crazy, and exciting week with all sorts of goodness. Sadly I couldn't get a Samsung rep to show me that rumored Galaxy Note III. And believe me, I tried. While we have more content coming we wanted to thank everyone involved in a quick post.

Sony XPERIA Tablet S reviewed at SlashGear

There certainly isn't any lack of Android tablets to pick from, and now Sony has thrown another one onto the ever-growing pile. We don't hear as much from Sony as we do from other manufacturers in the Android space, but when we do, there's a pretty good chance that Sony has implemented some strange feature to make its products stand out from the rest. This week the folks at SlashGear have gotten their hands on a brand new oddity in the Android universe - an NVIDIA Tegra 3 7-inch tablet made for kids! This tablet runs Android 4.0.4 with a custom user interface made by the folks at Fuhu, all of it directed at kids - complete with parent controls galore. In what will be the first HTC One device available in the USA, the T-Mobile HTC One S, you have a pretty awesome phone. HTC is already off to an excellent start for 2012 with their new "One" series available in Europe and now it's about to take the US markets by storm. It's time for another weekly roundup of the top Android tech news for the week. With Mobile World Congress only a day away, we're sure you're dying to see what the near future of mobile devices holds.
