ASUS Transformer Prime teardown details GPS issue

ASUS has received their fair share of complaints over the past few weeks. From a lack of product availability, GPS issues, and then the bootloader situation. Today our friends over at Anandtech have torn down the Transformer Prime quad-core tablet and revealed their finding on those GPS issues -- but didn't comment much on the bootloader.

Verizon experiencing another network outage — can you hear me now? [Update]

This is starting to get a little bit ridiculous. Apparently Verizon Wireless is experiencing another network outage and this time around it seems to be pretty widespread. A few days after the Galaxy Nexus launched they had a similar outage that lasted for more than a few hours to say the least -- and this could be the same case.

This is interesting. Verizon has now released what appears to be official statement to the crew over at The Verge basically saying that their new Samsung Galaxy Nexus with 4G LTE has zero signal or service performance issues like many (us included) have reported. They go on to mention it just reports the signal bars different and will change the meter in a future update.

Many of us, including myself, have been waiting months for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus to finally hit the US. And now that it finally has on Verizon Wireless, my experience has been less than perfect. The signal has continued to drop since purchase, and my previous 4G phone on Big Red had great signal strength.
