Samsung Nexus 10

Nexus 10 expected from Samsung in the “near future”

Google talked about Android 4.3 and the Chromecast dongle yesterday (as well as several other smaller items), however when it came to tablets the talk was about the Nexus 7. Of course, that is only one of the two tablets currently available by way of the Google Play Store. That other is the Nexus 10 and the lack of a mention yesterday seems to have caused some to worry about the future of the 10-inch device.

Nexus 10 flip covers launch in scarlet and dark grey

Google has officially launched a cover for the Nexus 10. The cover is described as being a 'Book Cover' and attaches directly to your tablet. In other words, this Nexus 10 cover is nothing more than a screen protector. That being said, it is a screen protector that will fit perfectly on your tablet and also one that will turn the tablet on and off as you open and close the cover.

Nexus 10 finally launches in Japan Play Store

Google and Samsung's impressive Nexus 10 tablet has only been available for a few months, but that hasn't been the case for everyone. Sadly those in Japan have been stuck waiting without any realistic option for the slate. The same thing happened originally with its smaller sibling the Nexus 7. Today Google Play in Japan has full stock and the slate is available as we speak.

Nexus 10 back in stock on the Play Store

We have a sliver of good news to start off 2013 regarding Nexus availability. While we still don't have any good news to report regarding the Nexus 4 smartphone, Google's popular tablets might be available again soon for many potential buyers. The Nexus 7 and 10 have both been sold out for a while, but today things are looking up.

Nexus 10 32GB sold out on Google Play Store

We already told you that both models of the LG Nexus 4 sold out ridiculously fast on the Google Play Store, but it turns out that the 32GB Nexus 10 wasn't far behind. The tablet is no longer available to purchase on the Play Store, with the listing now showing a invitation for potential purchasers to leave their email to be notified when it becomes available. Looks like you'll have to settle for the 16GB model if you want to order a Nexus 10 today.
