Activate native call recording function in Samsung devices

It might be unethical (specifically when the person you're talking to doesn't know you're doing it) and maybe borderline illegal, but there are times when you just want to record the conversation you're having over the phone. While the old school feature phones do have this supposedly basic feature, OEMs have hidden the native call recording feature (probably to avoid problems with government) on the more widely distributed smartphones. But there is still a way to enable that feature because there's an app for that of course.

Android 4.4.4 update for Galaxy S5 released by AT&T

Yesterday, we said Verizon's Samsung Galaxy S5 is finally getting the Android 5.0 Lollipop. Today, we've got information that the AT&T variant of the same smartphone is getting an update. That's good news but unfortunately, it's only Android 4.4.4. No Android Lollipop yet but at least the Android 4.4.4 KitKat for the Galaxy S5 brings VoLTE (Voice over LTE) to the device. It's about time AT&T Galaxy S5 owners get the kind of service too.

Verizon brings Android 5.0 Lollipop to Samsung Galaxy S5

The different variants of Samsung Galaxy S5 has been receiving Android 5.0 Lollipop updates albeit slowly. Those in the UK recently got their software update last month. In the US, Verizon Wireless subscribers are lucky to receive an update to the Android 5.0 Lollipop this week.

Lollipop continues: Galaxy Note 4 preview, Galaxy S5 firmware

Samsung fans are surely excited and well teased beyond their limits thanks to SamMobile's unending exclusives on how Android 5.0 will look and behave on the Korean OEM's 2013 and 2014 flagships. After the Galaxy S5, the Galaxy Note 3, and the Galaxy S 4 (also in its GPE incarnation), we now turn our eyes to the latest and, some say, the greatest, the Galaxy Note 4. Fans of Google's new Material Design language will probably feel right at home, though much work is to be done, if it's to be done at all.
