Samsung Galaxy MEGA poses as the ‘Note III’ in latest leak

Today we're seeing multiple reports again that the Samsung Galaxy Note III has leaked, and we're even getting live images of the rumored smartphone tablet hybrid. We're sorry to bring you bad news, but this is not the Samsung Galaxy Note III, which is expected to be revealed in August of this year at IFA. Instead, it's the recently announced Samsung Galaxy MEGA 6.3-inch device. Don't believe the rumors.

Galaxy Note III photos appear again: but a “Mega” they may be

We know the folks from Samsung are working hard on their next-gen Galaxy Note smartphone, but we've yet to see it. Yesterday we brought you pictures that were being reported as the first images of Samsung's upcoming 5.99-inch Galaxy Note III. Sadly, another has surfaced today (along with other reports) that seems to confirm it was just a fluke, and was the already announced Samsung Galaxy Mega coming in at 6.3-inches.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumors tip a 13MP camera with optical image stabilization

The Galaxy Note 3 rumors have focused quite a bit on the processor and the display, however it looks like we are now getting some dealing with the camera. Or more specifically, some rumors dealing with the camera as well as some of the related features. The details are coming by way of the Korean language ET News site who are reporting the handset could launch with a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera with optical image stabilization.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 tipped to arrive with 8 core CPU and 8 core GPU

The Galaxy Note 3 rumors appear to be heating up once again. Yesterday brought what was originally thought to be an in-the-wild style image of the handset. Unfortunately, that device was later proven to be a Galaxy Note clone. Perhaps nicer though, earlier this morning brought mention of Samsung having three separate prototypes in testing. We haven't seen much more than the basics on that, however it is now looking like the Galaxy Note 3 is going to be a real powerhouse.

The folks from Samsung are preparing a pretty massive smartphone for later this year. Following their yearly upgrade cycle we're expecting to see the Galaxy Note 3 be revealed sometime in September at IFA 2013, and until today we've been getting conflicting reports on the hardware. The leaked image below gives us an idea of what to expect, which is more of the same, only they've beefed up the internals again.
