Here's a new leaked photo for the rumored bigger sibling of the HTC One, this time in comparison to a Motorola XT882. Not only does the picture emphasize the HTC One Max's gigantic size, it also reveals a mysterious side switch.
Lately Samsung has done an excellent job keeping things very quiet regarding their upcoming devices, and have gone as far as stopping most leaks too. However, the Galaxy Note III hasn't been quite too successful in keeping out of the news and today we're getting a leaked benchmark result of the Snapdragon 800 powered LTE model.
Samsung didn't come right out and say they were going to be announcing the Galaxy Note III on September 4th, however the hints dropped in this latest Unpacked event invitation seem to have made things pretty clear. Invitations for the Unpacked 2013 Episode 2 have recently been sent out and Samsung has asked everyone to "Note the Date." If that doesn't suggest the Note III we aren't certain what else would.
There's a trend these days to release several editions of a new flagship smartphone to capitalize on the new brand. Samsung has release a number of variations of its latest Galaxy S4 and HTC has similarly launched a smaller version of its HTC One, the HTC One Mini, as well as different colors available only in select markets. It seems that HTC is not yet done with its iteration and is preparing to pack its flagship in a bigger package.
Sources revealed that Samsung is planning to hold an event on September 4 in Berlin to unveil not only the Galaxy Note III but also the rumored smartwatch that is currently called Samsung GEAR. This event would coincide with with the start of the IFA trade show also in Berlin.
The future might not be that bright for what was once Samsung's impressive flagship devices, contrary to an earlier leak. If this new information is to be believed, the Samsung Galaxy S2 will not be receiving an upgrade to Android 4.2.2 and will hence be stuck with 4.1.2.

Another round of Galaxy Note III leaks have surfaced. This latest brings another 'confirmation' of specs by way of a report coming out of the Korean language MK News. Some of these specs appear to be a recap of what we have already seen, however there has also been a nice breakdown of what the various Galaxy Note III model numbers actually mean. To begin with though, lets talk some specs.
A couple more images said to be of the Samsung Galaxy Note III have surfaced, with the device in the pictures looking similar to the trio that appeared back in June. Unfortunately, neither of the shots are from a good angle, so we don't get much of a look at the device, but it does give an idea of its fairly square shape.
We have certainly seen plenty of Galaxy Note III related leaks and as of today it looks like another has arrived. This latest is offering a look at what the handset may look like. There is also a little bit of talk about the camera. Specifically, this leak is suggesting the Note III will have a 13 megapixel camera with Xenon flash.
