Samsung Galaxy Note III looks locked in at 5.7-inches

Another round of Galaxy Note III leaks have surfaced. This latest brings another 'confirmation' of specs by way of a report coming out of the Korean language MK News. Some of these specs appear to be a recap of what we have already seen, however there has also been a nice breakdown of what the various Galaxy Note III model numbers actually mean. To begin with though, lets talk some specs.

HTC One Max tipped to arrive in September to rival the Note 3

There is no shortage of HTC news lately with today's reports suggesting the One Mini will arrive this month. And now we're getting additional details on its bigger brother. This isn't the first time we've seen or talked about the HTC One Max, but now we have a rumored release date. It's being reported to arrive in early September, possibly in the first week to rival Samsung's Galaxy Note 3.

Samsung Galaxy Note III UAProf confirms 1080p display resolution

It looks like some additional Galaxy Note III details have surfaced. This latest is coming by way of the User Agent Profile (UAProf) and is confirming the display resolution for the handset. There isn't any confirmation on the size of the display just yet, however the resolution should be arriving as 1920 x 1080. In addition, this UAProf listing shows the Galaxy Note III with model numbers of SM-N900T and SM-N900A.

The rumors around Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note III haven't slowed down one bit, and are only getting worse. We've heard anything from a flexible display, all the way to a 6.3-inch phablet. However, the latest reports are going against the "confirmed" 5.99-inch screen specs and are now claiming it will be 5.7-inches instead. And that's not all.

Today we're seeing multiple reports again that the Samsung Galaxy Note III has leaked, and we're even getting live images of the rumored smartphone tablet hybrid. We're sorry to bring you bad news, but this is not the Samsung Galaxy Note III, which is expected to be revealed in August of this year at IFA. Instead, it's the recently announced Samsung Galaxy MEGA 6.3-inch device. Don't believe the rumors.
