T-Mobile news this morning dealt with the upcoming availability of the Samsung GALAXY S 4. But more to the point for the day, it looks like a GALAXY S 4 system dump has surfaced online. Basically, this means that we are being given the opportunity to see and even play with some of the goodies that will come with the handset. Up today we are seeing the updated version of S Voice as well as the GALAXY S 4 ringtones and wallpapers.

But for the three of you who have Android 4.0 devices and really, really want a shameless Siri clone, "ithehappy" over at XDA has created a signed APK that fools said servers into thinking you're running the unreleased Galaxy S III without checking the standard build.prop value.
