Samsung Fascinate for Verizon Due on September 9th?

There's a lot of question marks surrounding the Samsung Fascinate. Verizon's variation of the Samsung Galaxy S line-up has yet to get an official launch date, even as the other major wireless carriers have already launched their own device, or are getting ready to in a matter of days. But, that looks to be coming to a swift stop, if these new leaked images are any indication.

HTC Merge Spotted on Global Certification Forum, Gets Approved

As usual, there's plenty of different handsets the Merge could be. It makes it hard to guess when we know about plenty of other devices heading to the market soon enough, and there's just one out there, without any real defining feature list or images, that alludes us. This month, it's the Merge. Manufactured by HTC, with a model number ADR6325, the Merge is a mystery wrapped in an enigma.

Google Uses Honeycomb for Next Android Codename, After Gingerbread

Google's usage of codenames in the vein of tasty treats isn't new -- it's been this way since the beginning. And generally, they tend to leak out well before the software even gets shown off. We knew about Gingerbread well in advance, and that has yet to even be officially announced. And now we can say we knew what was coming after that even sooner.

Tablets are the new thing now-a-days, and it looks like Toshiba is getting ready to launch themselves into the market. And, of course, Android will play a big role in it, too. Motorola Jordan for T-Mobile Launching in November?

The Motorola Jordan is a name we've seen before, but new details are starting to find their way into the mainstream. Thanks to an unnamed source speaking with Boy Genius Report, it looks like the still unannounced device is getting ready for a November launch, and it's coming with a few "rugged" features. According to the source, it sounds like the Jordan might be the T-Mobile response to Sprint's Motorola i1.

Motorola Droid 2 World Edition, Droid Pro, and Stingray Tablet for Verizon Coming Soon?

Internal screenshots come and go, but they're certainly a great way to find out which devices are making their way in and out of Verizon's inventory at any given time. Thanks to a tipster sending in some digital screens of Verizon's inventory, we've got a bit more details about the plenty-rumored upcoming Droid devices. Unfortunately, no pictures of the handsets, or anything we can actually sink our teeth into, but some info is better than nothing, right?

HP Zeen Tablet Featuring Android to Launch This September

Despite the fact that HP acquired Palm (the house that built webOS), it looks like HP's first tablet is actually going to be powered by our favorite little green android. The tablet is called the Zeen, and it's not a self-sustaining machine like many of the other tablets out there. It's meant, actually, to be a companion device to HP's upcoming "Zeus" printer, and act more as an interface unit than anything else. But, it's still running Android, so that's got our interest.

Motorola Droid 2 Plagued by Signal Issues?

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've heard about Apple's flamboyant attempts to drag the entire mobile phone industry into its "antennagate" situation. In the mean time though, company's have come out swinging, saying that their devices don't fall into the same shoddy category as Apple's iPhone 4. Motorola was one of those companies, releasing ad campaigns that did their best to deal the Cupertino-based company a blow to the gut, and show potential customers that their handsets don't suffer from any kind of "death grip."

HTC myTouch HD and G1 Blaze to Empower T-Mobile’s Project Emerald Later This Year?

T-Mobile's Project Emerald is still something of a sore subject for a few people out there. Sore, because we still have absolutely no idea what it is. Sure, there's plenty of speculation. Ranging from a new myTouch 3G, to something more akin to a powerhouse like the HTC Glacier, there's no quiet amidst this front. And, it's about to get a lot louder. According to a trusted source speaking with Phandroid, apparently Project Emerald isn't going to focus on one device, after all.
