LG and a Nexus 5 and while those details still need to be worked out, it looks like we are getting a new look at another yet-to-be-announced LG smartphone. The handset is the Optimus G2, which in addition to this sighting, an image leaked earlier in the month. This latest Optimus G2 image leak can be seen below and while a quick glance appears to have the handset showing nothing more than a kernel crash screen, it does contain one interesting detail.
HTC working on a new device. The stories suggested that would be a phablet style device. That is to say something with a display between 5 and 6-inches that could possibly compete with the Samsung Galaxy Note. While those reports still need to be worked out in greater detail, it is looking like HTC may also be planning to release a 7-inch Android tablet later in the year.
rumors and leaks had been suggesting that Samsung was looking towards Intel for the 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 3. While Samsung has yet to come forward with an official announcement, there has been some follow up and this time around we are hearing about Samsung and Intel from both Reuters and the Korea Times. HTC One is one of the most popular smartphones on the planet right now, and is available in silver or black for those interested. In the coming months however, along side the already leaked red model we're now hearing HTC will also be launching a blue HTC One. Samsung recently announced new colors for their GALAXY S 4, so this could be HTC's answer.

The latest, which once again is dealing with 'people familiar with the matter' is bringing claims that the phone is real and that it will be released in limited quantities. That is not to say a limited edition, but more like it will be a limited initial run to judge the market.
Nexus 5" for Google, one company executive has claimed, with the South Korean firm supposedly looking to in fact reduce its dependency on Android moving forward. LG's roadmap does not include the next-gen Nexus, VP of LG Eurpe Won Kim told All About Phones, describing the collaboration as a win for marketing but arguing that "we do not need such a marketing success again."
Samsung will show off its latest Galaxy Android devices at a UK event on June 20, the company has confirmed, with the invite to the London show teasing a range of new hardware. The event, dubbed "Samsung Premiere 2013", will feature tech from Samsung's Galaxy Android range as well as its ATIV Windows line-up, presumably including both phones and tablets.
Google I/O this year didn't have any crazy new hardware announcements or a change in the Android OS version. With speculation of a new Nexus 7, Motorola's X-Phone, or even an LTE Nexus 4 we were all excited. Don't worry though, because it's all still coming. A new report from DigiTimes claims the new Nexus 7 is already shipping to warehouses, and will be announced next month.
