Angry Birds Seasons Easter coming soon [Pics]

For all you bird lovers, or pig haters it looks like the wonderful developers of Angry Birds are about to push out yet again another Seasons update. This is Angry Birds Seasons Easter. The Easter update will bring 15 levels of little pigglets wearing bunny ears, with candy, and eggs all around for you to collect and enjoy.

Angry Birds Easter Mentioned Along with Two May Updates

As you know, one of the biggest updates to Angry Birds basically just dropped upon the earth like one of those fat versions of the original hero. It's called Angry Birds RIO and it's done in collaboration with the film studio who produces RIO, this making the game series more popular than EVER with not only a pop up in a Superbowl ad, but spots on ALL RIO posters as well. Now we've got word that this game, the original Angry Birds game, and Angry Birds: Seasons will all be updated within the next two months.

Angry Birds … the Movie?

If you're a fan of the hysterically funny Red vs. Blue, and you can't get enough of playing Angry Birds (isn't it the law now?), you're gonna love this trailer for Angry Birds ... The Movie. Okay, before you get too excited, the trailer is a fake. But it's a pretty good one. It's a parody of the action genre. But to be honest, it's pretty well conceived and the production values give it heft. The story follows a covert operative who is charged with infiltrating the Pigs territory and liberate the eggs they've taken. And he's given the military's latest top secret weapon ... of course, it's the Angry Birds and a slingshot. And the puppets of the birds look pretty awesome. The story details the operative's struggle as he uses and kills the birds in attacking the pigs fortresses. His disillusionment over his mission, and eventually his triumph. [youtube 2matH4B9bTo] But even though it's meant to be rather comical, I think it would be far funnier if it had more of the Angry Birds in it. The ending has the operative saying "you wouldn't like me Angry ... Birds." Huh? What's the game about again guys? Don't get me wrong, I love Rooster Teeth's work. Red vs. Blue is some of the funniest machinima on screen. But if the name of the parody is Angry Birds, it helps to make them more of the focus. Like these guys did. [youtube bMltvlqEM54]

Angry Birds St Patrick’s Day “Go Green, Get Lucky” [FULL SPOILER] [XOOM]

BEHOLD all the levels of this cool green new expansion to the Angry Birds: Seasons game in all its lucky glory. What you're going to find is a whole fifteen levels of leprechaun ham fun PLUS a bonus set of Facebook levels and a pot-o-gold level for having found all the super secret golden eggs. No rainbows, so we're a little sad about that, but plenty of gold pieces and clover. AGAIN, warning: this is a full spoiler of the expansion, so if you want to discover the levels on your own, turn back, and do not enter!

Angry Birds Seasons gets an Irish update

Google says Fragmentation? We’ll take care of it

Android and its fragmentation has long been the discussion of many of its competitors as well as our own users. As much as we'd all like to agree, or disagree, there is some fragmentation that we all can at least agree on. With so many types, models, screen sizes, and CPU speeds being some large ones. Personally this has never been a large issue for me as most games and apps have always worked just about perfect. You can read about Angry Birds creators Rovio on Fragmentation. On Thursday Google came out with some information that will soon change all of that. The Fragments API.

Angry Birds Protested by Other Cartoon Pigs and Birds

Everyone from Daffy to Rocksteady have come together to bring you this public service announcement. This message is a very serious one, with every celebrity bird and pig speaking out against what they're calling the "Angry Birds War." This is a war where noone is safe, pig or bird, and where birds and pigs deaths number in at over 1 billion, "that number nearly doubling if you count every blue bird as four birds" (that's right!)

Angry Birds RIO Coming Soon! [With Movie Tie-In!]

So GET THIS - the next version of Angry Birds is still most likely going to be the Valentines Edition since that day lies behind the projected release of this one, but this one seems a bit more exciting: Angry Birds RIO. Do you know what RIO is? It's an animated movie along the lines of ICE AGE. Does this mean there will be some Angry Birds in the movie? Let's ask Peter Vesterbacka, aka Mighty Eagle at Rovio.

Angry Birds: Tired and Boring

First of all, no, "tired and boring" is not the name of the next expansion. Let's talk for a moment about Angry Birds, the franchise. It's a game that's available for Android, iOS, soon to come to a plethora of different platforms, and it's a board game. And they have toys made of the characters, they plan on making a television show out of it, and they want to make a movie. And there's cakes. So many cakes made of Angry Birds and their pig adversaries. The cake you see below this paragraph is the death cake. A nice lady from a different state made this cake for a very good purpose (to eat it,) but it marks the end. Angry Birds has run its course, and we're right here calling it dead in the water.
