Weekend Gaming: Riptide GP 2

Earlier this week the developers at Vector Unit released the follow up to what is possibly still one of my favorite games to show off mobile gaming. And that is Riptide GP. Tuesday the developers finally released the much anticipated Riptide GP 2 with tons of new tricks, improved graphics all around, and plenty of water-filled racer tracks. All you fans will certainly want to give this a try.

The high-speed action racing game from Vector Unit is back and better than ever. If you're a fan of the classic Riptide GP water game, then you'll be happy to hear that today the developers have released a completely overhauled, new and improved, Riptide GP2 to the Google Play Store and NVIDIA TegraZone. Wondering how the Verizon Galaxy Nexus will handle all the high-end games that are coming out and taking advantage of super-powered Android hardware? Well wonder no more. Chris Burns over at SlashGear took his shiny new Nexus on a gaming bender, trying out two high-profile 3D games that are quickly becoming the standard for Android graphics: third-person shooter ShadowGun and jet ski racer Riptide GP.

I have some good news for all you non Tegra 2 device users today. The highly popular racing game Riptide GP will be splashing onto all Android devices soon. Riptide GP is the highly popular and visually stunning NVIDIA Tegra 2 exclusive game from Vector Unit but today the developers have announced it will be available for all Android devices here shortly.
