Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom Review

Plenty of people seem to rely on their smartphone for pictures these days. The catch is, those same people are often wishing for better and better cameras on their smartphone. Samsung has the Galaxy S 4 Zoom which is not only a full smartphone, but also a rather full-featured camera. While it would appear the Galaxy S 4 Zoom would be a good fit for this group, the question remains; Will people be willing to carry a device that looks like a camera on one side and a smartphone on the other?

Nexus 7 (2013) Review

This week Google showed the world that the best 7-inch Android tablet could be even better. A little over a year after releasing their first 7-inch slate, they are back with an all-new and improved Nexus 7. With their second tablet, Google just outshined all the others on the market, and that includes the lustrous iPad mini. If you've been debating whether or not to buy a small 7-inch tablet you'll want to read on for our full thoughts on this new king of the hill.

OUYA Game Console Review

Our living rooms and bedrooms are dominated by Microsoft and Sony with the Xbox and Playstation, but OUYA is aiming to change that. The $99 Android-powered game console fits in the palm of your hand, runs an NVIDIA Tegra 3 quad-core processor, and is loaded with Android games and ports to take over your gaming. Or can it? Being the most successful crowd-funded device from Kickstarter to date, we're taking a closer look at the OUYA Game Console.

Samsung Galaxy S 4 Google Play edition Review

If you planned on picking up the Nexus 4 this summer but hesitated when you heard about Samsung's entry in to the newly minted "Google Play edition" lineup, you must have been thrown for a real loop when HTC brought the One on too. Here we've got not just one of the top hero machines on the market ready for "Nexus" glory, but two. Why would you choose one over the other? Let's have a peek.

Sennheiser MOMENTUM headphones review

Sennheiser had been showing off the MOMENTUM series headphones during CES. At that time they were touted as being the “perfect fusion of style and substance” and while were were sold on the design during the show, we have been waiting to spend a bit more time with the more important aspect -- the sound. We did have a bit of listening time during CES, and while that left us wanting to hear more, there is little that compares to kicking back and listening in the comfort of your own home.

HTC One Google Play edition Review

When you pick up a Google Play edition of the HTC One, you get all of the hardware features the original device is packed with, but backed up with an operating system that's almost entirely Google-made. This device is released alongside one other hero machine with a "Google Play edition" tag to make it unique, that being the Samsung Galaxy S 4. Here we have a peek at what it means to pay a premium (or a normal full price, depending on your perspective) for a machine that's already been one of Android Community's favorites this year, this time with a whole different experience on the inside.

Sony Xperia Z T-Mobile Review

It's the same device as it was before - with an ever-so-slight change here or there in the software suite, of course. The Sony Xperia Z still has a fully waterproof body, a 5-inch Full HD display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor. It's not the highest-power machine on the market - if you consider the Snapdragon 600 int he HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S 4, that is - but it does have a combination of processor and display panel that'll kick out the swiftness the likes of which you've never seen before (if you've not purchased a phone in 2013, of course). And it's all glass for class, too.

Parrot ZIK Wireless Headphones Review

We have recently spent some time playing with a set of Parrot headphones. Specifically, the Parrot ZIK headphones, which come as a result of a partnership with Philippe Stark. These headphones feature goodies such as active noise cancellation, a touch control panel, Bluetooth, NFC and a motion detector. Parrot also has an Android app available called the Parrot Audio Suite.

AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 4 Active Review

Samsung originally announced the Galaxy S4 Active in early June. Since that point we have seen the handset shown off during the Samsung Premiere event which took place a few days earlier. We managed to spend a few minutes of hands-on time with the handset during that event, however that was just the start of our experience with the Active. We received an AT&T branded Galaxy S4 a short while back and as such we have been able to spend a bit more time playing around -- and yes, that includes testing the device in water.

HP Slate 7 Review

We're taking an in-depth look at the HP Slate 7, the company's first foray into the world of Android. If I still had my HP TouchPad running Android 4.2 Jelly Bean instead of the awful WebOS, I'd surely compare these two devices. Earlier this year at CES HP stunned the Android world by announcing their first Android-powered tablet, aimed for the Nexus 7, and we're going to give it a full rundown below. Can this compete with the Nexus 7 and other Android slates, or is another firesale coming soon? Read on to find out.
