Samsung Galaxy S IV benchmark leaks
A new benchmark has leaked that is supposedly for the Samsung Galaxy S IV. The model number on the benchmark is SHV-E300S, which is the same model number as the previously tipped Korean Samsung Galaxy S IV. What's surprising is that it looks like the S IV won't be carrying an Exynos 5 Octa processor like the rumors have said, and instead will carry a Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon S4 Pro quad-core processor.

HTC One S Review
The 2012 hero phone strategy for HTC hits its thinnest point with the HTC One S, a device that brings the full power of the HTC One series made to compete with the best of the best. This device runs Android 4.0.3 right out of the box, has Sense 4.0 (made specifically for the Ice Cream Sandwich environment) and has hardware that backs up the promise of the user interface. This beast is backed up by no less than the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 1.5GHz dual-core processor, otherwise known as Krait and MSM8260A in this case, and ushers in a new era for smartphone cameras as well with not only assistance from the Snapdragon but another chip by the name of HTC Image Chip. Will this member of the One family live up to the new HTC promise?

Qualcomm Snapdragon phone goes around the world on a single charge [Video]
Qualcomm is back this month with another interesting video showing off the power of their Snapdragon powered smartphones. Last year they released a video showing a Snapdragon processor being powered by a bug circus, as in real live bugs and spiders. This time around they tease the efficiency of the Qualcomm Snapdragon by sending a smartphone around the world on a single charge.

Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Krait Benchmarks: Round 1
Here at Mobile World Congress there is tons of talk regarding Qualcomm's new Snapdragon S4 Krait SoC, and with good reason. Four cores aren't always better than two and many different elements come into play with performance in general, especially on a mobile device. Today we've been given a chance to break down the new Qualcomm (Mobile Development Platform) MDP MSM8960 dual-core 1.5 GHz SoC S4 and are starting with the usual benchmarks.

Best Buy already taking pre-orders for HTC One X
The HTC One X stole the show yesterday at Mobile World Congress, as HTC showed off their new 'hero devices' for 2012. All three looked extremely nice, and going back to the aluminum unibody as we saw in the HTC Legend a while back was a nice touch. As you know, HTC will launch two version of the One X, an international version, and one specially designed to take advantage of AT&T's 4G LTE network. It seems Best Buy has already jumped to pre-orders for the device, and it's sure to get some attention.

AT&T HTC One X confirmed, will sport Qualcomm dual-core
We had known that there would be an international edition of the HTC One X, and now the AT&T variant for the US has emerged too. However, you'll notice it won't sport an NVIDIA quad-core Tegra 3; this was entirely due to 4G LTE incompatibility. Instead, it will come equipped with Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 4 dual-core processor. And we know from a test TI composed a few days ago, four cores are not always better than two. Their OMAP 5 was tearing through anything they threw at it, so it will be nice to test some benchmarks of our own during a future review.
