Nexus 5 could launch with Nexus 4 LTE, new report suggests

Remember that workaround that gave Nexus 4 users LTE capabilities on their device? It left many wondering why Google didn’t simply enable it for everyone. The Snapdragon chipset had LTE included, which lends itself to a new rumor that along with the Nexus 5, we’ll see an LTE version of the Nexus 4.

Aviate Launcher promises simplicity and intelligence, currently sits in private beta

There are plenty of available options for Android launcher apps. In fact, it seems we are having a run on launchers that are arriving in beta form. Just recently we took at look at Themer and while we haven't gotten hands-on with this other just yet, we are looking forward to taking it for a test drive. The other launcher is called Aviate and it has just recently arrived in the Google Play Store.

Runtastic Six Pack Abs Workout app arrives for Android

Another Runtastic branded app has landed in the Play Store today. This latest is called Runtastic Six Pack Abs Workout and brings the promise of giving you a "six pack trainer in your pocket." Perhaps key here, this may be an app to consider by those who are motivated, but not quite motivated enough to make it to the gym. The Six Pack Abs Workout app includes some pre-set workout plans that make use of some basic exercises.

Play Store to feature tablet optimized apps starting November 21st

Google has been trying to get app developers focused on Android tablets for some time. By asking them time and again to design their apps to look good on tablets as well as phones, Google is trying to get them to understand the importance of the platform. Starting on November 21st, they’re getting a bit heavy-handed about it.

HP Chromebook 11 now in Play Store with matching sleeve cases

HP announced the Chromebook 11 yesterday. The notebook was touted as being one made "for everyone" and judging by the price point, it seems that may be somewhat of an accurate statement. HP had said the Chromebook 11 would be available with a variety of retailers and it looks like it has arrived in the Play Store. And in addition to the notebook itself, there are also some matching sleeve style cases.
