Pandora for Pebble coming soon to Android

A Pandora app has arrived in the Pebble appstore today, but there is a bit of a catch for Android users. The app has arrived with support for the latest iOS (v5.3) release and for now Android support is simply listed as coming soon. We'll be on the lookout for the Android release, but in the meantime we are getting a look at what can be expected.

Pandora One subscription fees will soon increase

Pandora has detailed some upcoming changes in terms of One subscription pricing. In a bit of news that few like to hear, it seems the rates will soon be going up for new subscribers. Pandora has also said they will be allowing current (active) subscribers to remain at the same rate, and that they will be ending the annual subscription option.

Taking thirteen years of experience in gathering users' music preferences, Pandora has released a new features that will hopefully make it easier for users to discover even more titles outside their usual collections. Pandora has just announced a new personalized recommendation system that it is making immediately available on both Android and iOS.

Pandora for Android update brings alarm clock functionality

Pandora for Android has been updated once again. This latest brings a feature we saw added for iOS users about a month earlier -- a built-in Alarm Clock. In addition to the alarm clock functionality, Pandora users will also have a sleep timer and some other "small improvements and bug fixes." The key new feature though, is the alarm clock.

Pandora Chromecast support now official

Pandora recently rolled out the v5.0 update. That update actually arrived in the Google Play Store yesterday and while the screenshots were showing the Chromecast icon -- the support wasn't available. At the time the focus of the update was for tablets but jump ahead a day later and we are getting the official word on Chromecast support.
